YWJ120-III(SERVO)
The YWJ120-III(SERVO) automatic soft capsule encapsulator is automated equipment for soft capsule forming, filling and sealing, designed for large-scale soft capsule production. It adopts servo motor control technology, and integrates multiple functions including gelatin sheet processing, quantitative filling and rolling sealing. This equipment is suitable for commercial procurement from pharmaceutical, dietary supplement and health product manufacturing enterprises, and supports continuous industrial production of soft capsules.
This equipment optimizes multiple links of soft capsule production, including mold adjustment, filling control and operation mode. The equipment adopts servo motor drive, which supports stepless adjustment of rolling mold speed. The mold cavity speed can reach up to 6 RPM, and the common operating speed ranges from 3 RPM to 5 RPM. The servo control system ensures stable speed output during high-speed operation, and reduces fluctuation of production rhythm caused by speed change.
The left and right spindle molds adopt an alignment-free design. When replacing molds for different capsule specifications, operators do not need to perform complex alignment adjustment on the spindle molds. This design simplifies the mold replacement process, shortens the downtime for product changeover, and improves overall production efficiency.
The equipment is equipped with 8 plungers for material feeding. The feeding amount of a single plunger can be adjusted continuously within 0-2ml. For oil-based materials, the loading accuracy is 0.5%; for suspension-based materials, the loading accuracy is 1.5%. This filling control mode ensures consistent filling volume of each capsule, and reduces volume deviation between products.
The equipment is equipped with a touch screen operation interface, which allows operators to adjust parameters such as injection time and injection volume conveniently. The built-in program has a formula storage function, which can save production parameters of different products. When switching production between different products, operators can call the corresponding formula directly, which improves the flexibility of production arrangement.
The equipment is designed with a forced cold air structure, which can effectively control the temperature of soft capsules during the production process, and avoid quality problems caused by excessive temperature of gelatin sheets.
