SGJ-I type soft capsule double-layer rotary cage dryer is a soft capsule production line supporting equipment developed by combining the drying characteristics of soft capsules in the drying process and the integration of our company's years of soft capsule drying experience. The machine can make the soft capsule drying more evenly, quickly, and the appearance is more rounded and beautiful. The machine overcomes the inherent shortcomings of traditional soft capsule drying and has the following characteristics:
(1) The appearance of this machine completely changes the traditional tray drying method of soft capsules. (The traditional tray drying method has a large ancient area, too many people, too slow drying speed, and unstable quality. Professionals who have had soft capsule production experience pay great attention to the drying problem of soft capsules).
(2) The two supporting wheels in front of the rotating cage are designed with the supporting wheel shaft that can be easily removed by hand. Only the supporting wheel shaft is removed by hand, and the rotating cage can be rolled out by rolling, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers' assembling and removing the rolling cage.
(3) dry evenly, quickly and without adhesion.

Process Of Operation
The soft capsule produced by the main machine is sent into the first section of the lower part of the machine through the three-way valve through the high-pressure air supply system. After the set time, the three-way valve cylinder will convert the soft capsule into the upper part of the first section of the rotating cage, and the soft capsule in the lower part of the first section of the rotating cage will be automatically transmitted to the lower part of the second section of the rotating cage, and the upper part of the first section of the rotating cage will be sent to the set time. The three-way valve cylinder converts the soft capsule into the first rotating cage of the lower part, and then fills all the rotating cages of the upper and lower parts in turn. Each section of the upper and lower part of the cage has a high flow pressure centrifugal fan to take away the water in the soft capsule rubber, and after the water in the soft capsule rubber meets the drying requirements for the required drying time, the soft capsule will be discharged from the upper and lower part of the cage, into the next step of the soft capsule process.
